Former Head of Talent Acquisition at Supernal, Bechtel, and CommScope, Lisa has led global HR and talent strategies across aerospace, manufacturing, and telecommunications. She specializes in scaling organizations through innovative talent models, compensation frameworks, and workforce programs that drive compliance, growth, and employee experience.

Former Actuation Engineer at Overair, Karem Aircraft, Boeing, UTC, and N2 Imaging Systems. 15yrs experience with clean sheet design, prototype, and testing of electromechanical actuators for manned and unmanned aircraft.
